Disability Rights Advocates has been conducting an investigation into VA hospital access.
While their investigation is being targeted on the Veterans Care issue with the below recent report we can see that the Military Care issue, i.e. Walter Reed and More, is still having the same problems that finally came forward through great investigative reporting and shouldn't have existed nor still exist as to care for the returning active duty Military Personal especially from these theaters of occupations.
Mold infests Okla. barracks for wounded
LAWTON, Okla. — Mold infests the barracks that were set up here a year ago for wounded soldiers after poor conditions at Walter Reed Army Medical Center triggered a system wide overhaul, soldiers say.
Military and Veterans Care were a major issue for us returning Vietnam Veterans, a Major Issue!

We have two theaters of occupations of others in destroyed countries, destroyed by us, one in continuing destruction from others before to us now and our broken promises of helping to rebuild as that theater grows more dangerous, the other totally destroyed on the trumped up lies of a twisted ideology of a few, tens of thousands dead and maimed, millions living as refugee's, billions of dollars wasted, stolen, lost in the machine of war profiteering, soldiers serving multiple tours in both, families of same sacrificing as a nation that is not moves along, most not caring what is happening In Their Names.

I caught this report over at Huffington:
US Vets Return to Middle East to Help Iraqi Refugees
I'm on the first day of a rapid-fire visit to Jordan, the kingdom in the Middle East which has provided a safe haven for an estimated 750,000 refugees from Iraq who have traveled the shorter but more dangerous route to get here.
I'm traveling with a small delegation from the newly founded Iraq Veterans Refugee Aid Association (IVRAA) -- co-founders of the organization, Luis Montalvan, a former US Army captain, and former US Marine captain Tyler Boudreau, plus photographer Paul Park -- on a mission to try to assess the situation faced by Iraqi refugees, and the burden that hosting those refugees has placed on the Hashemite kingdom.
We also hope to work out what, if anything, we can do to help provide relief to either or both.
And when I did a quick google search I found this link Iraq Veterans Refugee Aid Association (IVRAA), which is placed in the quote above also.

TWO JOURNEYS, TWO GENERATIONS, BRINGING EACH OTHER HOME
"Leave No Soldier"
A feature length documentary directed, produced and co-written by Donna Bassin,
an official selection of the 2008 Rhode Island International Film Festival.
"LEAVE NO SOLDIER,” Tells the story of two impassioned journeys by two communities of American War Veterans who have carried a Military Oath from the Battlefield
to the home front. The two groups are divided by their politics, but united in their devotion to dead comrades and their compassionate commitment
to "Leave No Fallen Soldier Behind".
Below you will find mostly what is printed in the Documentaries Press Release, which if interested can be Downloaded Here in PDF with photo's and more information.
I was asked if I could pass the information on to others, so any interested can keep their eyes open for this important Documentary. And those, in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and possibly as far away as New York and New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania that either knew or didn't know about the film festival, and might want to attend, can plan to see a host of films covering many subjects, as film does.
Will add, if visiting the Documentaries site, you will find some links. As yet there isn't a trailer for the Documentary, have inquired as to if one will be available later, haven't heard back yet.

We come together today to discuss one of the more disturbing things that the Administration has done recently…and for a President who claims he “supports the troops”, this story is even more disturbing than usual.
It has his fingerprints all over it, however: laws ignored, rules rendered irrelevant, secrets kept from those who need to know—and ultimately, the cost of his bad decisions are being borne by those who have already paid about a high a price as could be possible in the service of this Nation.
Follow along, my friends, and I will treat you to a magic trick: one in which “Support The Wounded Troops” magically becomes “Screw The Wounded Troops” right before your very eyes…and while you probably won’t feel like applauding at the end, it’s nonetheless a trick you don’t want to miss.

I've come a lot closer to my full support of Obama, I just don't ever make total decisions when elections are months away, I also don't just look at the single person trying to give their resume, I look at how they present themselves, smear and slam are big no no's, and I look at who they bring close to them in their campaigns and try and figure out, if they win, who will they surround themselves with while in office ( and I hit the nail on the head, which I do for a living, as to the bush crowd, not exactly reading the future but seeing a lot of what was to come do so! ), especially as to Federal Representation and the Presidential Office, more towards my Representation on who I would Hire.

Union Representing VA Workers Launch Nationwide Radio Campaign, Web Site and Viral Videos for Full VA Funding
This week, the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) launched a nationwide radio ad campaign raising serious concerns about Senator McCain's commitment to veterans' health care. In addition to the radio ads, AFGE, which represents employees in the Department of Veterans Affairs, launched a Web site, Fund The VA, and a series of YouTube ads featuring union veterans voicing their concerns about McCain's controversial veterans health care platform.
The only way anything has gotten done, for those who make the riches for others, the worker, is through organizing! While our Capitalists system is not supposed to have developed that way, It Has! And with the use of fear, and law, those who reap the power, and wealth, have successfully beat down the organizing of the worker seeking the better conditions and what is right for a truly successful economic climate.
This fight for what the Country owes those who Serve It has been extremely long and marked with failures, few successes, for those fighting it!

Counseling and medication weren’t enough to help Laef Fox recover from his grim war experience in Iraq, and drugs and alcohol didn’t work either, so he tried making a movie instead.
There's a new Documentary out, that was shown in a premier private showing on July 4th in Denver.
As the quote above states it was made, with help, by Laef Fox an Iraq Conflict Veteran, with footage Fox shot while in Iraq.
Fox was in Iraq for six months starting in April 2003, just after the invasion began.
“I had a lot of unexpected explosions go off near me and random gunshots,” he said. When he came home the Veterans Administration diagnosed him with post-traumatic stress disorder and he was given a partial disability.
Like many who return from our invasions and occupations Fox was haunted by his experiences and tried to rid his mind of the recurring thoughts in the wrong way.

When you hear the term "Swiftboat" what comes into your mind?
I already know your answer, but it isn't the meaning for those who served on nor any Navy Personal who served In-Country Vietnam.
Not to far back a small group of misguided Navy personal, who served aboard 'Swiftboats' in 'Nam, took that once proud name and used it for their political purposes and gains, with some others joining them, who not only never served on swiftboats, and the extremely dangerous missions they were sent into, but some never served at all, in the Military nor In War/Occupations!
They not only Disgraced their own service but the service of all who served on Swiftboats as well as All of us Navy personal who served In-Country as well as the Blue - Water Navy serving off the shores of 'Nam. They 'Verbally Spit' on themselves and their brothers, All their Navy brothers and sisters!
Recently some who served on but did not partake in the slanderous actions have been back in the news, They want their Proud Name and Proud Service to Country back, especially for the brothers who were Lost!

The beginning of this is an attempt to bring you up to speed on what has been going on this past year leading up to the purpose of this post, a New Investigation on Veterans Care, and the request for those listed in the subject title to get involved with, especially the Veterans having their troubles with the VA and their Care.
Back in July of 2007 the Law Firm of Morrison & Foerster, with help from the legal staff at Disability Rights Advocates, filed a Class Action Lawsuit on behalf of Veterans for Common Sense and Veterans United for Truth against the Veterans Administration of these United States. A lawsuit, I might add, that shouldn't have found a need for!

Your word has turned to slime, hope the business world is paying attention, though you'll always find
snakes like you to deal with and make some bucks, and I'm sure many already have learned about you
through your years of building your billions.
What's this all about? Well,
