In response to the few substantive comments this diary attracted on Daily Kos and MyDD, it's worth pointing out that Obama himself defines the issue in Heller as the individual right to bear arms, which supports my reading of Miller. If it's already so hard to pass any kind of gun control while the courts deny the individual right to bear arms, what would it be like if they affirm it?
